Future Continuous & Future Perfect

01 · Quick explanation

Future Continuous (will be + V-ing) describes an action in progress at a specific future time: This time tomorrow, I will be flying to London. Future Perfect (will have + V3) describes an action completed before a specific future time: By 2030, she will have graduated.

02 · Full explanation

Future Continuous: will + be + V-ing. Use it for an action in progress at a stated future time (at 8 pm tomorrow), or for something that will happen as a natural result of routine or arrangement: Don't call at 9 — I'll be sleeping. Future Perfect: will + have + V3. Use it for an action that will be completed before a specific point in the future, often with 'by': By the time you arrive, I will have finished cooking. We can also use Future Perfect Continuous (will have been + V-ing) for duration up to a future point: By June, she will have been working here for five years, though the main forms here are the simple future continuous and future perfect.
